1. General Return Policy

Because the majority of our items are custom-made and personalized to order, returns and exchanges are not automatically accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

However, we understand that issues can arise. If you have any concerns or problems with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your package.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We evaluate return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a review:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund.

• Custom & Personalized Orders: Because custom items are tailored specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded if you simply change your mind, provide incorrect spelling/details during checkout, or misjudge the size.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

• Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

Please include your Order Number, the reason for your inquiry, and clear photos if there is a defect or damage.

4. Approved Returns & Shipping

If your return or exchange is approved:

• We will provide you with instructions on where to send the item.

• Customers are typically responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
